N.K. SINGH, B.SC.(H) Maths, is a member of the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries and a law graduate of the Delhi University. He is a lecturer in several corporate law papers for company secretary and chartered accountant courses by profession. He also serves as a corporate law and secretarial consultant to a number of well-known businesses. He has almost ten years of teaching and industrial experience. He is also a member of the ICAI and ICSI faculties. He’s spoken at a number of career counselling and academic programmes.
